camel-minio-sink-kafka-connector sink configuration

Connector Description: Upload data to MinIO. In the header, you can set the `file` / `ce-file` property to specify the filename to upload. If you do not set the property in the header, the Kamelet uses the exchange ID for the filename.

When using camel-minio-sink-kafka-connector as sink make sure to use the following Maven dependency to have support for the connector:
