Since we're on a major migration process of this website, some component documents here are out of sync right now. In the meantime you may want to look at the asciidoc in the repository: https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/README.md https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/components/readme.adoc

A couple of days ago yet another book about Apache Camel was published.
This time its the 2nd edition of the popular Camel in Action book.

Camel in Action, Second Edition is the most complete Camel book on the market.
Written by core developers of Camel and the authors of the highly acclaimed first edition,
this book distills their experience and practical insights so that you can tackle integration tasks like a pro.

The book is available from Manning, and major bookstores, such as Amazon, will have the book on stock within a couple of weeks.

You can find more details about the book on the Manning website, and links to free chapters.

Happy reading and kind regards from the authors:

Claus Ibsen
Jonathan Anstey

PS: If anybody asks: How do I get started with Apache Camel?
Then just say: Apache Camel is easy, just read this 912 page book ;)
